What kind of gear does this? Rune 2h? I'm absolutely certain. I assume that I do possess 42 defense. The "knowing your own statistics" thing is a problem for me. Is range an acceptable way to train defense, or are there still terrible ways? Could someone explain precisely how the EoC functions? Is it still possible to train "afk" (or "minimum Attention")? Or must I use my skills to fight? Wow, I feel like an inexperienced novice.

Rune long now has identical stats as the rune sword. The only difference is the atk-style (slash vs stabbing) 2handed weps are 150% damage for 1H weps. 1handed weps can now use an "off-hand" version that allows users to "dual weild" two weps at once. Dual weilding is also known as p2p. F2p only has 1 or 2 dual sheps.
