The Eagles already had one vacant practice squad spot but they opened up a second by cutting wide receiver Reggie Davis, who originally signed with the team last week. The Eagles then filled their two vacant spots by signing some familiar faces: wide receiver DeAndre Carter and tight end Billy Brown.Carter was waived by the Eagles earlier this week in order to make room for Josh Adams, who got called up from the practice squad http://www.eaglescheapshops.com/cheap-authentic-corey-clement-jersey , on Philly’s 53-man roster. Carter had a nice preseason but he only managed to log one reception for 10 yards in the first two regular season games. With the Eagles being so thin at receiver, it’s nice to know Carter is sticking around in some capacity. Brown returns after being cut from the practice squad earlier this month. He recently had some workouts with the Raiders and Panthers but ultimately decided to come back to Philly.
