CARSON, Calif. -- The Los Angeles Galaxy say defender Omar Gonzalez will be sidelined a week or two after injuring his left knee. Gonzalez was injured last Saturday during a game against Colorado and left at halftime. Galaxy spokesman Brendan Hannan said Friday that Gonzalez "tweaked" the knee and that Los Angeles coach Bruce Arena believes the defender will report on time to the U.S. national teams pre-World Cup training camp, which starts Wednesday in Stanford, Calif.
